Everything you need to know about The Qube 2.0

Registration is easy via our new online shop! Create an account, browse 'Courses' or 'Bundles', and add them to your basket. You can add child profiles directly during the process to ensure they meet the age requirements.
  • 5-week themed courses for children and youth.
  • Large family engagement events designed to bring parents and children together.
  • Our courses focus on faith, character, and emotional wellbeing, while our family events strengthen shared values and reinforce learning at home.
All classes at The Qube are in person. We strongly believe that meaningful connection, community-building, and identity development are best nurtured through face-to-face interaction.
Classes are separate for boys and girls, based on age group, in line with Islamic values and developmental needs.
Classes usually take place once a week, either on weekends or as after-school clubs. Specific schedules vary by course and are shared clearly with parents before registration.
Parents are not expected to attend weekly classes. However, we intentionally design large family events and community gatherings where parents, children, and siblings can come together to learn, reflect, and connect. These events are an important part of our holistic approach.
Progress is monitored continuously by our coaches through observation and engagement. At the end of each term/course, parents receive feedback reports highlighting:
  • Participation and engagement
  • Personal growth and reflection
  • Strengths and areas for development
Parents are also welcome to connect directly with teachers.
Safeguarding is our top priority. All teachers and coaches are:
  • DBS checked
  • Trained to work with children
  • Aligned with our educational philosophy and Islamic values
We strictly follow UK safeguarding policies, including clear protocols, appropriate supervision, and safe learning environments.
Parents stay informed through end-of-term feedback reports, direct communication with teachers, regular community updates, and family events that reflect course themes. We value transparency and partnership.
Because we hire venue/staff based on enrollment, spots are generally non-refundable once the term has started, unless we fail to deliver the course. Closures due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather) may be rescheduled.
